Kruger arrived on 10 December 2013

O, I just cannot get enough of teeny tiny perfect little newborns.  I absolutely loved meeting 5-day old Kruger on Sunday.  He is just the most adorable little boy with a head full of hair!  Morné and Nicola, I know he will bring you so much joy and love for many years to come, and I could feel the love and affection you have for him and all the emotion when you look at him.  You are the perfect parents for him. Hoffman & Nel families with ouma Leonie

It was a grey and wet day on Tuesday 10th of December and a thick cloud was wrapping George and it's mountains, so it was touch and go as to whether I should take the chance to drive all the way to Sedgefield for the photoshoot of this beautiful family all the way from Mpumalanga.  But thanks to Daleen insisting it has opened up there I got my gear and literally drove out of the cloud towards Sedgefield.  We had a wonderful shoot, with two lovely families and ouma Leonie.  Thanks for a fun afternoon and a lovely cup of coffee and vetkoek in the end! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jan-Willem, Anel, Arno & Frans

I feel so privileged that Anel asked me to take photos of their beautiful family.  We went to the Botanical Gardens, and it was a gorgeous day.  The boys had me running after them and jumping up and down for more than a hour, but it was well worth it.  This family puts meaning to the word 'family' as I could feel the love between them and the energy levels were always high!  I hope you all got an ice cream in the end, as you thoroughly deserved it (albeit to get the kids to sit still and smile or being the kids having to behave - which they did so well....)
