Luka's 4th and Mila's 1st birthday party - 30 Aug 2014

Superman, Batman, Spiderman, the incredible Hulk, Ironman, Mr Incredible, Cat woman, Spider woman, Wonder woman, Elastigirl.... who can guess the theme for this brother and sister's birthday party?  And they were all there, dressed up and ready to p-a-r-t-y!  The kids just had a ball at Happy Valley, playing, running, jumping, eating, non-stop!  And then there were the most awesome cakes (obviously!) - all baked by Luka & Mila's very talented mom, Lindie!  Rainbow cake, chocolate cake, carrot cake, vanilla cake....and so I can go on!  I had such a blast!  Thanks for asking me again to capture those happy birthday moments!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dimala Family Photoshoot (Mvuyisi (Deon) ,Vatihiswa Mavis and the kids Pilani, Sibongile, Nosisa, Linathi, Abe)

It was great fun to capture some special moments between these beautiful people.  Mavis is our ‘right hand woman’ at our house, keeping things together, and it was a pleasure to meet and get to know her whole family.  Look at all those smiles!  Just love it!  We know that this family will be blessed beyond believe as they are such a close knit and God fearing family.  “For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also” – Luke 12:34

 

Jan-Willem - 4 weeks old 30 Aug 2014

It was such a privilege to capture some precious moments between Hardus, Lu Gerda and their gorgeous 4-week old, Jan-Willem.  He was so awake, looking at everything going on around him.  With such long legs and arms, and the cutest little outfit I have seen in a long time!  I believe he will bring you many years of joy and my prayer for him (actually all three of you) is:

How wonderful is a perfect little newborn.  The little hands and feet, the peacefulness.... it was so good to meet little Zilar.  I know he is going to bring you much love and joy, Leanie!  Enjoy this little bundle!  He is beautiful!
