Blaauw, Fourie & Van Tonder families - September 2018

I know the Fourie's (and Blaauws) from church, school, and a previous shoot I've done for them on their 40th birthday party.. This is such a beautiful family, inside out and I love spending time with them.  This time Mandi's sister who lives in Australia visited them (first time in 5 years they've visited South Africa), and I was so excited to do this shoot for them as I know how hard it is for sisters to be so far apart.  We had a great afternoon on the farm where Grandpa and Grandma live with lots of laughs and fun.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Van Schalkwyk Family - September 2018

I loved meeting the van Schalkwyk family all the way from Secunda (only for a long weekend), and spend some time with them on Glentana beach.  It was a beautiful, sunny afternoon, and the kids just loved running around, playing in the water.  So much joy and love beamed from their big smiles.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jaco & Felicity's wedding on 22 September 2018

I love Winnie the Pooh quotes, and think I have used this one before, but it is such a true quote for a couple that is really, really in love.  And that is how I experienced Jaco and Felicity.  They could not be more in love, and I am so happy that they got a second chance at love and found each other.  They adore each other in every way.  

Everything was absolutely beautiful - from Felicity, being a stunning, beaming bride, Jaco being all dressed up and handsome, and every little detail, as well as the wonderful Arendsrus wedding venue (www.arendsrus.co.za), and the weather was just glorious.
