What a great experience it was watching the top 2 high school rugby teams battling it out on a warm sunny day in George. Unfortunately my local team lost (too many mistakes) but still they showed some fighting spirit to the end!!

Carmen & Chane - Valentine’s Photo Competition winners

Yes, at last!!! Carmen and Chane were the ones who won our Valentine’s Photo Competition and we only managed to get a date (for the photo session they won) that suited us all this past Saturday. Oh, but what fun we had. It was so inspiring to see these two just having fun, laugh all the time as if they do not have a care in the world! I especially loved the photos of them running on the beach chasing the seagulls (who settled for the evening) all over the place. Such freedom and joy! Thanks Carmen and Chane for reminding me again of how fun life is when you’ve got a positive attitude!

I had the privilege to cuddle the sweetest little 7-day old Zander on Thursday afternoon. And even though I have 3 little one’s of my own I just realised again how fragile they are and how beautifully made : just perfect. Thank you Estie and David for allowing me to capture some of Zander’s very first days on earth. He is such a gorgeous, perfect little boy. And of course Zack was just the best big brother any little brother can ask for – so caring and loving.
